Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly welcome their first child together

Megan Fox has given birth to a baby girl

The actress gave birth to a healthy baby girl on March 27th.

Machine Gun Kelly confirmed the news on Instagram by posting a video of their newborn's hands.

He captioned it: "She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed. 3/27/25."

This is Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's first child together.

The pair confirmed the gender of their newborn but have not yet revealed their baby girl's name.

The actress revealed she was pregnant in November but suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage before this pregnancy.

The actress told Good Morning America that she’s never experienced a harrowing loss like it.

She shared, “It was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, “What does this mean? Why did this happen?”

Fox confirmed she also suffered an ectopic pregnancy as well as “other similar issues” in the past.

The Jennifer’s Body star is already a mum to three children: Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly broke up during her pregnancy but are committed to co-parenting together.
